reverse hair highlights in STOCKTON.Today i tried again at a salon with not good results.
I understand that my hair has natural red hues, and usually to get any color on it, it has to be bleached twice and i sit under a dryer for 60 minutes total, then the color application never turns out.
So what color product would you reccomend after my hair is stripped of pigment to acheive a not mousy color.
As it sits now it was clored with a light ash, its more of a brassy light brown.
